"Dead Simple, Visual, and Easy to Use: No Training Needed!"
What do you like best about Trello?

I like how dead simple and visual it is. You don’t need a tutorial or a training session to get started. We’re trying to become agile champions, and in one of our departments we have columns for pipeline activities, user story ideas, the tasks backlog, and sprint tasks. Being able to see everything at a glance: from raw ideas to what we’re actively working on, saves so much back and forth. Moving cards from the tasks backlog into sprint tasks feels like real progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Reporting is basically nonexistent. You cant see how many tasks were completed last week. With our board tracking pipelines activities, user story ideas and sprint tasks i'd love to see something simple like "how many cads moved from backlog to sprint this week or stuff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Simple and Visual Tool for Managing Newsroom Workflows"
What do you like best about Trello?

What we value most about Trello is how it lets us visually organize workflows across different teams in the newsroom. With boards, lists, and cards, we can lay out tasks in a clear, intuitive structure, which makes it easy to see progress at a glance.

We rely on Trello for a range of workflows—editorial planning, SEO tasks, video production, recurring work, and other project-specific initiatives—each set up in its own dedicated board. This setup helps teams collaborate smoothly while still keeping shared priorities visible across the organization. Overall, its simplicity makes it approachable for both editorial and non-technical staff, which is essential in a fast-paced media environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

While Trello is very intuitive to use, it can start to feel limiting when you’re managing more complex workflows or a large volume of tasks. As projects expand, boards can quickly become crowded, and it isn’t always easy to track dependencies or handle more advanced workflow needs in a clear, straightforward way.

Also, compared with more advanced project management tools, Trello doesn’t offer the same depth of reporting, automation, or workflow customization on its own. To get those capabilities, you typically have to rely on additional integrations or paid features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trello Makes Our Agency Workflow Clear"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello makes it easy to visualize our agency's entire workflow at a glance. The drag-and-drop cards keep project stages clear and organized for everyone on the team. It’s a straightforward way to track tasks without getting bogged down in complex menus. It just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The boards can get pretty cluttered when a project scales up or has too many moving parts. I also find the notification system a bit overwhelming if you don't spend time fine-tuning it. It sometimes lacks the deeper reporting features we need for more complex agency data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Reliable Trello That Makes Project Organization Effortless"
What do you like best about Trello?

I’ve been using Trello for a while now, and I must say, it's incredibly user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to understand how everything works right from the start. I’ve also been impressed by how reliable it is, even when managing many tasks and a heavy workload. It handles everything smoothly without any issues. Definitely a great tool for organizing projects and staying on top of tasks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

For one, while the basic features are fantastic, the more advanced options often require upgrading to a paid plan, which can be frustrating if you're on a tight budget. The lack of built-in time tracking or detailed reporting also means I have to rely on third-party integrations, which can be a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the board view can get cluttered when managing a large number of tasks or teams, making it harder to navigate. Some improvements in these areas would make Trello even more powerful. "Custom Columns and Calendar View Make Chores Easy to Organize"
What do you like best about Trello?

I like that I can set up a screen with different columns and keep information separated. It makes it easy for me to access what I need while still seeing a calendar, and I can tell how each of these chores is organized with a relevance tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I dislike that once I select a chore, it opens to a larger screen than the one from the tag, but it still feels too small for my liking. I think this is because I tend to work more visually, mentally speaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Clear Boards, and Helpful Integrations"
What do you like best about Trello?

Very easy to use and quick to implement. I was able to start using it almost immediately. I use it quite frequently for tracking tasks, and the board/card system keeps things simple. It also has a good number of features and integrates easily with other tools I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

While it’s easy to use, managing larger projects can feel a bit limited. Some useful features and integrations are also only available in paid plans. Better customer support access for free users would make the experience even better.

Multiple core features are difficult to understand and implement, as there are no tooltips to make things smoother on the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and effective tool for task management"
What do you like best about Trello?

What I like best about Trello is its simplicity and intuitive interface. The kanban-style boards make it very easy to visualize tasks and move them through different stages of a project. It’s quick to set up, easy for teams to adopt, and works very well for managing simple workflows and task tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

One downside of Trello is that it can become limited as projects grow more complex. While it works very well for simple task tracking, managing larger projects with multiple workflows, dependencies, and reporting needs can be more difficult. As teams scale, it may require additional tools or integrations to achieve the same level of visibility and structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trello’s Customizable, Friendly Boards Make Organizing Everything Easy"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello is just enormously customizable and friendly - you can use visuals, colors, checklists, columns, filters, and SO much more to organize both your work and personal lives. I have so many different boards and the platform just works great for whatever I'm trying to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I find it slightly annoying when some features are arbitrarily siloed over in the paid tier, like putting dates on specific checklist items - but this is a minor complaint given how many functionalities are straight-up free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps my daily follow-ups and tasks on track"
What do you like best about Trello?

I find Trello very easy to use in daily work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I need a simple way to keep my follow-ups, clinic work, and content tasks in one place. With Trello, I can quickly add tasks, move them between Today, In Progress, and This Week, and see what needs my attention.

I usually open Trello during the day when I am planning my work or checking what is still pending. It helps me not forget follow ups and small work items. Adding notes, due dates, and files to a card is simple, so all details stay with the task and I don’t have to search in different places. The board view is clear, and even with many tasks, it does not feel confusing.

Trello fits well with how I already work. It does not take time to set up, and I was able to start using it right away. It runs smoothly in the browser, and I can update my tasks quickly during busy work hours. It helps me stay organized and keep my daily work moving without extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Nothing big bothers me in daily use. Sometimes when the board gets busy with many cards, it takes a little effort to keep things tidy. On slower internet, cards with attachments can open a bit slowly. Apart from these small things, It works fine for my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
